CANCELLATION POLICY

The services offered by Shaoyao Consulting are provided by a select group of professionals with limited availability. For this reason, we inform our clients that any cancellation made for reasons not attributable to Shaoyao Consulting will generate a penalty of at least 50% of the total amount quoted. The cancellation must be made in writing at least five working days prior to the agreed event or delivery date. If the cancellation is made with less than five working days in advance, the full amount of the service will be charged.

Date or time changes notified to Shaoyao Consulting after confirmation of a service will be subject to consideration and may be accepted or rejected depending on the availability of the professionals involved. If the changes are not accepted, the service will be provided on the originally reserved dates and times. The client must accept the original dates or proceed with the cancellation of the service according to the above mentioned conditions.

In case of cancellation of any service for reasons not attributable to Shaoyao Consulting, the corresponding penalties and charges will be applied as established in this policy. Any balance in favor of the client may be used exclusively for the contracting of future services; therefore, any payment made to Shaoyao Consulting will not be refundable.

If the cancellation of any service is due to causes attributable to Shaoyao Consulting, and once the client accepts the cancellation of the corresponding CFDI, Shaoyao Consulting will return to the client the full amount transferred, without incurring any other penalty and being free of any additional liability to the client.

The client will not be able to personally choose the interpreters, translators, instructors, consultants or other professionals assigned to his/her project, this decision being the exclusive right of Shaoyao Consulting. Therefore, the identity of the person or persons performing the accepted service may not be considered at any time and under any circumstances a valid reason to cancel without penalty; the responsibility to cancel for this reason shall rest solely with the client.

By accepting any of the services provided by Shaoyao Consulting, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy and agree to comply with its conditions.
